Job summary

Think Recruitment is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to oversee repairs and maintenance across Derbyshire. You will manage electrical repairs in occupied properties, perform testing and fault finding, and mentor junior electricians and apprentices.

The role requires strong experience in domestic electrical maintenance, the ability to ensure compliance, and a full UK driving licence. A competitive salary is offered with overtime and company benefits.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or completed apprenticeship.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing or equivalent.
• AM2 qualification.
• Experience in domestic electrical repairs and maintenance.
• Previous experience within social housing or residential maintenance.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to support and mentor other electricians.
