Job summary

Galliford Try is seeking a Senior Electrical Supervisor to lead electrical delivery across the Southern Water framework. You will manage a team of Electrical Supervisors and collaborate with Project Managers, MEICA, and Commissioning teams to ensure works meet programme, quality and commissioning requirements.

You will oversee electrical activities through the project lifecycle, promote a Right First Time approach, and support handover with a strong safety culture and effective interfacing with

Qualifications

• Qualified or working towards required electrical engineering and safety certifications.
• Experience delivering electrical installations on-site in water sector.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety and environmental practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the electrical delivery of an assigned project portfolio.
• Manage and support a team of Electrical Supervisors, providing day-to-day leadership and line management.
• Ensure understanding of MEICA requirements and interface with assets and processes.
• Support Design-to-Commission & Takeover, integrating new works safely.
• Coordinate electrical resources across projects with operational managers.
• Assist workforce planning, recruitment and onboarding with HR.
• Identify development opportunities and support training and growth.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and push safety, quality, efficiency.
