Job summary

JLL in London is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead a team of electricians across our London commercial portfolio. You will own compliance, mentor engineers, and ensure safe, efficient operation of power, lighting and control systems while working within a national employer framework.

The role requires NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation, AM2, 18th Edition, and a track record of at least five years in commercial settings.

Qualifications

• Essential: NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation, AM2, 18th Edition (BS 7671).
• Valid ECS card and minimum 5 years' commercial electrical experience.
• Full UK driving licence and proven leadership/team management experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate a team of electricians and technicians across multiple London sites.
• Diagnose faults and perform installations on lighting, power, distribution, and control systems.
• Ensure compliance with BS 7671 and complete EICR certification.
• Oversee safety, permits, and a stop-work culture.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead safety briefings.
• Manage SharePoint audits and investigations.
• Cover OOH call-out rota and coordinate rapid resolutions.
• Liaise with clients and national account colleagues to coordinate maintenance.
