Cmsol is recruiting an Electrical Supervisor for Social Housing R&M contracts across East and North London. You will lead a team of around 20 electricians and trainees, ensuring quality workmanship and on-time delivery.

You will train staff, provide technical support, and maintain strong client relationships daily, including liaison with NICEIC to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards. This is a large organisation with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 18th edition required.
• Level 3 or equivalent required.
• Ideally a current or previous testing qualification.

This large housing maintenance specialist is looking for an experienced electrical supervisor with recent previous experience in a similar role, to manage a team of around 20 electricians and trainees. The main responsibilities will be to train new staff, technically support the experienced electricians and relationship building with the team and client on an on-going daily basis. You will also be required to have regular communication with the NICEIC to ensure the company complies with all their respective rules for continued enrolment.

Qualifications Required

18th edition, Level 3 or equivalent, ideally a current or previous testing qualification.
