Job summary

Construction Resources Limited is seeking an experienced Electrical Manager to lead delivery across retrofit, electrical upgrades and renewable energy projects in the North West and wider UK. You will oversee electrical compliance, quality assurance and technical governance while supporting project teams to deliver safely and to the required standards.

The role requires strong technical knowledge of BS 7671, MCS and PAS 2030, with experience managing engineers, subcontractors and multiple live

Qualifications

• Experience leading electrical upgrade programmes and compliance works.
• Strong knowledge of BS 7671 and current electrical regulations.
• Ability to manage engineers and subcontractors across multiple live contracts.

Responsibilities

• Managing electrical works across retrofit, upgrades and renewable energy projects.
• Overseeing electrical compliance activities and EICR-related tasks.
• Providing technical leadership and mentoring to engineers and subcontractors.
• Ensuring compliance with BS 7671, Building Regulations, MCS and PAS 2030.
• Reviewing certification, testing results and installation standards.
• Collaborating with project managers, designers and client representatives.
