Job summary

Streamline Search is seeking an Electrical Technical Manager to own technical, quality and design standards across electrical works in London and surrounding areas. You will provide leadership to delivery teams and oversee design work, including load calculations and distribution design, ensuring compliance with BS 7671 and project specs.

The role requires proven experience as a Qualifying Supervisor with NICEIC or NAPIT, 18th Edition and 2391/Tests qualifications, plus strong leadership and

Qualifications

• Qualified Supervisor with NICEIC or NAPIT experience.
• Strong electrical design knowledge and load calculations.
• Experience leading electrical teams and mentoring staff.
• BS 7671, Part P and industry standards knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Act as Lead Qualifying Supervisor for technical supervision and compliance.
• Oversee electrical design work including load calculations and cable sizing.
• Ensure compliance with BS 7671 and project specifications.
• Lead site teams, audits and drive improvements in quality.
• Maintain electrical accreditations and support audits.
• Provide technical support to project managers during delivery.
• Review risk assessments and method statements.
• Escalate design/technical issues with clients and subcontractors.
