Electrical Maintenance Engineer role based near Ystrad Mynach in South Wales. Days role with no shifts, early finish Fridays, and a generous package depending on experience plus bonus and overtime.

You will be a senior electrical maintenance engineer with strong mechanical skills, capable of leading process improvements in a large manufacturing environment. PLC knowledge is essential and a stable work history is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience as an electrical maintenance engineer in manufacturing.
• Apprentice-trained with extensive engineering experience.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• PLC knowledge and electrical maintenance expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical maintenance and preventive tasks.
• Implement process improvements and drive reliability.
• Work with manufacturing teams to minimise downtime.
• Travel to nearby sites within South Wales as required.
