Job summary

Primoris Renewable Energy is seeking an Electrical General Foreman to oversee on-site electrical teams on solar EPC projects, ensuring safety, quality and productivity. The role offers opportunities to work on nationwide projects and lead foremen and crafts with a focus on compliance and continuous improvement.

Candidates should have 5+ years of construction leadership, ability to read prints, and a valid license; relocation to project sites nationwide may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction experience with demonstrated leadership.
• Ability to read and understand prints and contract documents.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable MVR.
• Willingness to relocate to project sites nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct all Foremen and craft labor on-site to ensure safety, productivity, and quality
• Schedule and manage equipment, materials, and tools to maximize efficiency
• Implement standardized Work Instructions and support process improvement
• Act as a technical consultant for electrical systems and high-voltage installations
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Collaborate with Trade Superintendent on staffing, planning, and project updates
• Mentor Field Engineers and Foremen on quality, safety, and scope of work
• Maintain crew and equipment matrixes and complete daily reports and quality audits
• Lead discipline work activities in the absence of the Trade Superintendent
