Primoris Renewable Energy is building the future of renewable energy by leading utility-scale solar EPC projects. We are not actively hiring today, but we invite experienced Electrical General Superintendents to join our talent community and be considered for upcoming roles.

As a trusted industry leader, you will mentor field teams, uphold safety and quality standards, and drive standard work plans across engineering, planning, startup, execution, and closeout.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in utility-scale solar construction.
• Strong leadership and mentoring across diverse field teams.
• Solid understanding of construction methods, tools, and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specs, and contract documents.
• Strong grasp of job costing and project planning.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively (75%) and work on-site weekly.

Responsibilities

• Champion safe, high-quality, and efficient construction methods across all phases—engineering, planning, startup, execution, and closeout.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and coach for Superintendents, General Foremen, and field teams.
• Develop and refine standardized work plans and best practices for solar EPC delivery.
