Job summary

Cinterra seeks an Electrical Foreman to lead onsite crews on utility-scale solar projects up to 20MW DC. The role requires coordinating with project management, controlling quality, safety, and timely delivery, and maintaining construction records to meet contractual obligations.

The candidate will oversee electrical crews, read and interpret plans, and communicate with customers and management to resolve issues and ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead field teams on construction projects.
• Proficient in analyzing drawings, plans and specifications.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of safety program implementation and QA/QC processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide site leadership and manage day-to-day operations on utility-scale solar projects up to 20MW DC.
• Ensure safe, quality, and timely product delivery while maintaining project schedule and obligations.
• Coordinate with foremen, subcontractors, and project management; track progress and forecast issues.
• Maintain project records, support safety program, and ensure inspections pass.
