Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking an Engineering Shift Supervisor (Electrical / Facilities Maintenance) in London to lead a team of engineers on a highly critical site. The role offers £58,000 - £59,000 plus overtime, pension, life assurance, training, and clear progression paths.

You will supervise electrical and mechanical engineers, ensure safe operation of essential building services, and access funded training to advance into senior leadership roles within a leading facilities

Qualifications

• Experienced Electrical Engineer or Supervisor with FM background.
• Experience supervising a team of engineers.
• British passport required for security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of Electrical & Mechanical Engineers.
• Ensure critical equipment and building services are operated and maintained safely and efficiently.
