Job summary
BMR Solutions Ltd is partnering with a leading engineering and manufacturing business to recruit a Lead Electrical Engineer – NPI, a high-impact role shaping new product development and engineering excellence. You will own electrical engineering delivery for NPI, mentor a growing team, stay hands-on to resolve technical challenges and ensure compliant, cost-effective designs.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent required.
- Master’s degree is desirable but not mandatory.
- Chartered Engineer status is desirable and beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Own electrical engineering delivery across NPI and ensure compliant, cost-effective designs.
- Lead, mentor and develop a growing team of Electrical Engineers.
- Stay hands-on to resolve technical challenges and influence design direction.
- Drive standardisation, modularity and risk mitigation across systems.
- Ensure safety, testing and regulatory compliance of solutions.
- Review and approve technical documentation and reports.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to deliver clear work packages.
