Job summary

BMR Solutions Ltd is seeking an Electrical Engineer in Clevedon. You’ll join a multi-disciplinary design team to deliver electrical modules for cutting-edge engineering products, contributing to sustainable manufacturing.

The role suits someone with a couple of years of industry experience who wants to grow in a technical environment. Salary is up to £43,000 with a bonus of up to 7.5% and pension up to 8%, plus health and wellbeing benefits.

Qualifications

• Degree (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience with 2D CAD (AutoCAD Electrical or similar).
• Basic fault-finding skills.
• Any exposure to PLCs or 3D CAD would be advantageous.
• An interest in product development and engineering innovation.

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing electrical modules and sub-assemblies for advanced engineering products.
• Working on new and customised product solutions within a collaborative engineering team.
• Producing detailed CAD drawings, Bills of Materials and technical documentation.
• Ensuring designs meet safety standards, specifications and project timelines.
• Supporting testing, validation and continuous improvement of designs.
