Qualifications

• Strong leadership and technical expertise in electrical engineering.
• Experience mentoring engineers and leading teams.
• Background in building services or MEP projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the electrical engineering team
• Be the technical voice in the room
• Take ownership of complex electrical design projects
• Mentor and push engineers to perform at their best
• Work closely with clients and project teams
• Support the growth of the electrical team and workload
• Step up and take the lead when senior management aren't in the room
