Job summary

Qualifications

• Electrical Building Services engineer with degree or equivalent experience.
• Member of a professional institution and working towards CEng.
• Experience in building services design consultancy is essential.
• Proficient in MS Office and design software (AutoCAD, Revit).
• Experience delivering BIM Level 2 projects using Revit.
• Familiarity with QA procedures and Building Regulations Part L.
• Strong communication skills in English and client liaison experience.
• Ability to mentor junior staff and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Produce electrical building services designs from concept to construction issue.
• Prepare feasibility studies and supervise junior staff.
• Execute projects within design, programme and cost constraints.
• Carry out designs for diverse buildings and sectors.
• Prepare specifications, reports, and drawings.
• Represent the company in meetings with clients and contractors.
• Conduct site surveys and promote sustainable design.
• Maintain records and contribute to fee estimates and bids.
• Collaborate with architecture, civil, and structural disciplines.
