Options Resourcing Ltd in Manchester is seeking a confident Lead Electrical Engineer to help drive technical direction and performance within the building services team. You’ll act as second-in-command, owning complex electrical design projects and mentoring engineers to maintain high standards.

With a strong building-services background, you’ll challenge decisions, influence outcomes and coordinate with clients and project teams to move work forward.

LEAD ELECTRICAL ENGINEER MANCHESTER

The No.2. The voice in the room. The person who gets things moving. Some Lead Electrical Engineers are happy to sit back and let everyone else make the decisions.

This isn't that role.

We're looking for a confident, technically strong Lead Electrical Engineer who isn't afraid to speak up, challenge decisions and take control when the team needs direction.

You’ll be the second–in–command within the electrical team working closely with the senior leadership team and helping drive the technical direction, standards and performance of the group.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

You’ll be an experienced Senior / Principal / Lead Electrical Engineer with a strong building–services background.

You don't have to be the loudest person in the office.

But you do need a voice.

You need to be comfortable challenging people, making decisions, giving direction and taking responsibility when things get difficult.

If you're technically strong, commercially aware and naturally become the person people look to when something needs sorting we should talk.
