Job summary

The Launch Group is recruiting for an Electrical Construction Manager / Electrical Project Manager for on-site work in Blyth, Northumberland. The role involves delivering turnkey electrical construction activities for large-scale data centre projects, with emphasis on QA, safety, and schedule adherence.

You will lead teams, manage subcontractors, and collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure timely delivery while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a similar electrical construction role, preferably data centres or mission-critical facilities.
• Strong knowledge of LV/MV electrical systems, QA, and safety compliance.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors, labour, schedules and costs.

Responsibilities

• Manage site QA in coordination with QA Manager and ensure high standards.
• Oversee project schedule with Project Team and prepare two-week look-aheads.
• Plan and maintain labour resources in line with project requirements.
• Supervise subcontractor activities and monitor progress against schedules.
