Job summary

Electrical Construction Manager in Blyth, Northumberland, is responsible for leading the electrical installation works on a new build data centre, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards and programme requirements.

The role also involves managing interfaces between electrical systems (LV, MV, HV, UPS, generators, switchgear) and other trades, coordinating across MEP and architecture packages, and supervising testing, commissioning and QA/QC to meet industry standards.

Qualifications

• Must have degree level qualification or equivalent trades background.
• 8+ years' experience in a similar role on large scale construction projects (preferably Data Centres).
• Based within a commutable distance of Blyth, Northumberland.
