Cardiff Council is seeking an experienced HR professional to join HR People Services, advising and supporting Schools and the Education Directorate on employment relations matters. You will work within and be supported by the wider HR Schools team to build positive relationships with stakeholders.

Reporting to the Senior People Partner, you will provide expert advice on complex HR matters such as restructures, employment tribunal casework, escalated employee relations issues and TUPE, and

Qualifications

• Welsh Essential post requiring Welsh language at Level 4 – Advanced.
• Experience with HR policies and procedures, and working with schools.

Responsabilités

• Provide expert advice on complex HR matters: restructures, employment tribunal casework, escalated employee relations issues and TUPE.
• Support delivery of wider HR projects and initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with leaders, unions, Governing Bodies and stakeholders.
