Job summary

Forest Barn Nursery School, part of the Storal group, is seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Teacher to deliver the Storal curriculum and provide high-quality care. You will plan activities, observe progress, and extend learning through daily routines, mealtimes and transitions.

You’ll work in a dynamic, supportive environment with a team dedicated to safeguarding and child development, earning a welcome bonus and enjoying our childcare discounts and wellness initiatives.

Qualifications

• Early Years qualification at Level 3 or above.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) required.
• Experience with EYFS framework and early years care.

Responsibilities

• Plan activities and observe progress for each child.

Nursery:

Forest Barn Nursery School, Great Warley Street, Brentwood, CM13 3JP

Paid UBER rides from train station to the nursery's location

Hours:

Full Time, 40 hours a week, Monday - Friday

Salary:

Up to £15.96 per hour (dependent on qualifications and experience)

About The Role

As an Early Years Teacher you will be a key part of keep our children safe, loved and inspired to learn. Key activities include:

• Able and willing to work in a team
• Ability to communicate effectively with management, your peers and parents
• High levels of care and empathy that every opportunity can be a learning opportunity
• Knowledge of the EYFS framework

Must haves:

• Early Years qualification at Level 3and above
• QTS
• Experience working with all age groups within Early Years
