Job summary

Outdoor Owls, Ltd. is seeking a Lead Educator to steer our unique outdoors-based nursery learning. You will lead a passionate team to deliver high-quality outdoor education in a forest setting, inspiring children to thrive across weather conditions.

You will collaborate with Camp Leads and the Nursery Manager to maintain care standards, observe progress, and contribute to termly reports while supporting onboarding and training for Educators.

Qualifications

• Lead Educator role with responsibility for outdoor learning in forest nurseries.
• Ability to inspire outdoor play and learning in all weather.
• Collaborate with Camp Leads and Nursery Manager to maintain high care and education standards.
• Observe and document children's progress to tailor teaching approaches.
• Support the nursery with training, onboarding, and termly reporting.

Up to £35k pa

• You will work collaboratively across the leadership team and other camps.

• You will support with the training and onboarding of new Educators.

• You will create training content for the wider team to improve practice.

• You will be able to build strong parent partnerships and lead communication.
