Job summary

Outdoor Owls, Ltd. is seeking a Forest School Lead to drive our outdoor learning for children from six months to five years in Cobham. You will guide a supportive team, plan activities, and ensure exciting, safe experiences in an all-weather forest setting.

You will champion EYFS-aligned learning, develop hands-on sessions daily, and work closely with leadership to grow our forest school program while promoting wellbeing and outdoor exploration.

Qualifications

• Forest School qualification required.
• Familiarity with EYFS framework and early years delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead our forest school activities and day-to-day planning for children aged 6 months to 5 years.
• Inspire outdoor play and learning in all weather and environments.
• Support Educators to create a safe, inclusive space where children feel confident to explore.
• Deliver hands-on forest school experiences every day.

As a Forest School Lead at one our settings you will be leading our supportive and passionate team to create our unique outdoor learning environment providing children the opportunity to thrive.
