N Family Club is seeking a dedicated Early Years Educator in Cobham, Surrey. You will nurture and inspire children's growth, implement engaging activity plans, and maintain a safe classroom environment. Applicants should have experience working with children and a Level 2 Early Years qualification. Responsibilities

• Inspire learning through our play‑based N Curriculum
• Support smooth daily routines – from mealtimes to naptimes
• Create and implement development‑focused activity plans
• Carry out observations, assessments and planning for your key children
  Build strong, trusted relationships with children and families
• Ensure your classroom is a safe, clean, and engaging environment at all times
• Embed all policies and procedures into your daily practice
• Be a positive role model – collaborate, motivate, and share your ideas

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in an early years environment
• Level 2 or above Early Years qualification (full & relevant)
• Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and a willingness to train
