Job summary

Adler and Allan is seeking a Team Leader - IMR in Rochford to supervise and guide on-site drainage projects. You will lead operatives, ensure safety compliance, and coordinate with site supervision to deliver high-quality workmanship across multiple sites.

The role requires CSCS certification, full UK driving licence, and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. A competitive salary plus benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience running small drainage or construction teams.
• CSCS card.
• Good understanding of health and safety practices on construction sites.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Physically fit and able to carry out manual labour.
• Reliable, punctual and a team player.
• Willingness to travel to various sites.
• Strong understanding of drainage systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead operatives and assist in delivering on-site project works to a high standard of workmanship.
• Work safely and ensure the safety of everyone on site.
• Follow company policies, procedures and risk assessments.
• Report accidents, incidents and near misses.
• Attend Stand Downs, Team Briefs and Toolbox Talks.
• Coordinate with the site supervisor and managers to meet project requirements.
• Load, unload and transport materials, tools and equipment as required.
• Attend training and update courses as needed.
• Keep work areas clean and free from hazards.
• Represent the company professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
