Job summary

Forvis Mazars in the UK is seeking a Document Management Technical Product Owner to take technical ownership of how we create, manage, and retain documents across the firm. You will collaborate with Engineering, Architecture and Service teams to translate business needs into secure, scalable solutions.

You’ll be the subject-matter expert for M-Files and DocuSign, supporting SharePoint and workflow platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience owning technical products or enterprise platforms.
• Strong knowledge of document management technologies, ideally including M-Files and DocuSign.
• Experience with information architecture, metadata, classification and document workflows.
• Understanding of document retention, access, auditability and records management requirements.
• Experience translating business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own technical roadmaps, backlogs and platform improvements.
• Design secure, user-friendly document processes and solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical controls.
• Improve document workflows, integrations, metadata and automation.
• Support platform upgrades, testing, releases and handovers.
• Assist legacy repositories migrations and documentation.
