Forvis Mazars in the UK seeks an experienced Engineering Team Lead to steer technical product ownership, development, enterprise integration, and platform delivery. You will lead both onshore and offshore teams, ensuring governance and high-quality outputs across the engineering function.

You will translate business needs into practical engineering outcomes, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with Architecture, Security, Data and Operations to deliver secure, scalable technology

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading technical product, development or engineering teams in a complex tech environment.
• Experience managing offshore or distributed delivery teams.
• Strong track record delivering enterprise app development, integrations, APIs and platform solutions.
• Experience establishing governance, engineering standards and delivery processes.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop Technical Product Owners and offshore engineering teams, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Establish ownership models for products and platforms with clear backlog management and roadmap alignment.
• Drive delivery across application development, integrations, automation and Power Platform-like solutions.
• Ensure governance, planning, testing, release readiness and operational processes are robust.
