Job summary
East London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a part-time District Nurse with a Palliative Caseload to join the North Bedford Locality. You will lead a team, drive improvements in patient outcomes and provide clinical guidance to ensure high-quality community care.
The role requires a Qualified District Nurse with strong leadership, communication and coaching skills. You will support induction plans for new staff and work across local partners to deliver urgent response care and virtual ward
Qualifications
- Must be a Qualified District Nurse with current registration.
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to coach and develop teams.
- Experience in community nursing and palliative care settings preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support district nursing teams to deliver high-quality care.
- Coordinate inductions for new staff and develop learning plans.
