Qualifikationen

• Legal right to work in the UK; sponsorship not provided.
• 5+ years in digital product management with multi-release roadmaps.
• 2+ years coaching product management colleagues.
• Experience in infrastructure, cloud, platform engineering or PaaS.
• Experience delivering with Terraform or OpenTofu, Ansible, source control, CI/CD or reusable infrastructure components.
• Proven use of Jira/Azure DevOps for backlog and delivery.
• Experience using product metrics to drive adoption, reuse and reliability.

Aufgaben

• Own and communicate product strategy and roadmap for Infra as Code products.
• Translate problems into epics and user stories; write acceptance criteria across multiple Agile cycles.
• Lead discovery and validate directions with engineers, platform teams, operations, security and customers.
• Prioritise reusable, tested capabilities to reduce manual hand-offs and inconsistency.
• Drive adoption with onboarding, documentation, demonstrations and feedback loops.
• Influence stakeholders across distributed teams and coach junior product managers.
