Job summary

British Airways seeks a Digital Experimentation Lead to own and grow our cross‑functional experimentation programme across ba.com and our app. You will lead a small team and partner with Product, Commercial and Digital stakeholders to maximise customer impact and revenue through evidence-based testing.

You will champion testing standards, ensure robust measurement, and drive adoption of learnings across BA’s Digital organisation, helping us continuously improve the customer journey at scale.

Qualifications

• Experience running A/B and multivariate tests in high-traffic e-commerce.
• Proven track record growing and managing experimentation programmes at scale.
• Strong statistical analysis and ability to translate data into business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Experimentation Specialists while owning experimentation within a Digital product area.
• Identify, prioritise and deliver experimentation opportunities aligned to business objectives.
• Own end-to-end delivery of experiments and personalisation initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and squads to validate features via experimentation.
