Lead Development Executive, UK

Join our dynamic team as a Lead Development Specialist, where you'll play a crucial role in driving our growth in the UK market. You'll work in a collaborative environment, leveraging cutting-edge technology and innovative strategies to generate and qualify leads, ensuring a robust pipeline for our sales team.

Summary of the Role

  • Identify and engage target accounts within the assigned region (UK)
  • Coordinate proactive outreach programs, consistently aligned with sales and marketing objectives, through calls, emails, and social channels to generate interest and develop leads into opportunities
  • Qualify prospects based on established criteria and frameworks to deliver robust pipeline contribution
  • Follow and proactively suggest process improvements to ensure optimal handover of qualified opportunities to sales teams
  • Utilize data enrichment, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), sales management, and cadence tools to track outreach activities, update lead details, and ensure record accuracy
  • Collaborate within marketing to refine messaging and essential discussion points, provide feedback on campaign effectiveness, and align outreach strategies with marketing program.
