Job summary

STRABAG UK, part of a global construction group, is seeking a Senior Design Manager to lead design delivery across industrial, logistics and high-rise projects in the UK. You will drive design from pre-construction through to completion, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, ensuring buildable, safe and sustainable solutions while meeting client expectations.

You will own design processes, manage design deliverables, reports, KPIs, and interface with internal and external design teams.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Senior Design Manager or Design Manager in construction.
