Job summary

You will manage design interfaces, mentor junior designers, and ensure deliverables meet programme, budget, and sustainability objectives across office interiors and fit-out projects.

You will collaborate with clients, consultants and project teams to deliver practical, buildable designs that align with ODGroup's standards and sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• Extensive design management experience in commercial interiors.
• Strong coordination with architects, engineers and consultants.
• Proficient in BIM tools and design software.
• Knowledge of fire safety, accessibility and statutory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept to construction-ready information.
• Coordinate input from project stakeholders to achieve integrated solutions.
• Manage design risks, budgets and value engineering opportunities.
• Mentor junior designers and CAD technicians.
