Job summary

ODGroup is seeking a Design Manager to lead the design process across commercial fit-out projects in London. You will coordinate architects, engineers and consultants, ensure design information is coordinated, buildable and aligned with budget and schedule.

The role requires strong client engagement, leadership of junior designers, and a focus on sustainability and value engineering. You will drive design reviews, coordinate BIM workflows (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and support the transition

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading design in commercial interiors or fit-out projects.
• Strong capability coordinating architects, engineers and consultants.
• Ability to align design with programme, budget and sustainability.
• Experience with BIM processes and design coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the design process from concept to construction-ready information.
• Manage design team, set priorities and deliverables.
• Coordinate inputs from architects, engineers and consultants for integrated solutions.
• Review drawings and specs to ensure accuracy and buildability.
• Identify design risks and drive value engineering without compromising quality.
• Lead design reviews, workshops and client presentations.
