• Manage the design process across multiple projects.
• Coordinate architects, consultants and specialist subcontractors.
• Review design information for buildability, compliance and value engineering opportunities.
• Chair design meetings and monitor design programmes.
• Resolve technical issues throughout the construction phase.
• Work collaboratively with commercial, planning and site teams to ensure successful project delivery.
