Join our Team!

We are excited to recruit a full-time Lead Dental Nurse to join our friendly and welcoming team at Woodhill Dental Care in Bishopbriggs, Glasgow, to cover a period of maternity leave.

You will be part of a busy, friendly practice that prides itself on a supportive culture and positive patient feedback.

Your Role

You will provide chairside support in daily activities within the practice and surgeries, ensuring excellent patient care while adhering to clinical, health & safety, and cross-contamination standards.

You will oversee daily practice operations, manage clinical compliance, and support health & safety measures aligned with our values.

Other duties include:

• Creating a welcoming environment for patients
• Delivering a high standard of patient journey experience
• Acting on patient feedback for improvements
• Supporting the Practice Manager with external lab work
• Managing stock efficiently
• Undertaking reception duties when needed
• Acting within GDC guidelines
• Supporting colleagues and providing training as necessary

About You

• GDC registered
• Experience in Private/NHS practices
• Committed to high patient care standards
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Enthusiastic with a desire to learn and develop
