About The Role

We’re seeking a Digital PR Lead to shape and scale our media presence by managing our Digital PR campaigns.

As Digital PR Lead, you will oversee online coverage, grow backlinks, mentions, and press coverage in top-tier and niche media, and develop our domain authority, backlink profile, personal branding, and EEAT efforts.

Our team is remote-friendly. You can work in your local timezone or preferred hours, with some flexibility for meetings with UK and North American teams.

• Creative in finding angles for media coverage

• Existing relationships with journalists in top-tier media

What you'll be doing:

• Develop small-scale, data-driven outreach campaigns
• Create 3-6 month campaign plans for different niches
• Build lists and leverage networks for targeted outreach
• Collaborate with editors for expert commentary
• Identify relevant journalist requests on social media and tools
• Serve as the PR contact for journalists and internal teams
• Work with editors to generate campaign ideas

Success metrics:

• Number of links achieved
• Number of brand mentions
• Number of campaigns published monthly

Your skillset:

• Experience earning links and media coverage through reactive PR activities
• Ability to generate reactive and proactive PR opportunities
• Crafting personalized pitches for relevant publications
• Proficiency with Digital PR tools and techniques
• Experience with content campaigns that earn links
• Building outreach lists and securing coverage
• Active engagement on platforms where journalists seek expert commentary
• Strategic planning for outreach timing and campaigns
• Following up to convert mentions into links
• Experience with brands in professional services and the world of work
• Ability to analyze and report campaign success

This full-time remote position offers an annual salary of £30,000 to £45,000 GBP, with potential bonuses and benefits. Salary ranges are indicative and based on UK market standards; they may vary for other locations and seniority levels.
