Job summary

CUBE, a globally recognized Regulatory Technology leader, seeks a Data Solution Architect in London to define scalable data architectures powering our regulatory SaaS. You will collaborate with engineering, product, and data teams to design robust, production-grade data platforms.

You will translate business needs into architectural designs, establish standards for data modelling, integration, and deployment, and lead technical direction across regions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing scalable data architectures and driving data platforms in production.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into robust data designs and governance.
• Experience with SQL, data processing, and end-to-end data pipelines (ETL/ELT).
• Leadership experience guiding engineering teams on technical decisions and standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and own end-to-end data solution architectures addressing scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
• Translate complex requirements into architectural designs aligned with standards and future scalability.
• Define and enforce data architecture standards including data modelling, integration patterns, and system design.
• Provide technical leadership to engineering teams and ensure adherence to architectural principles.
• Review and approve designs, code, and implementations for quality and consistency.
• Ensure performance and reliability benchmarks are met and drive architectural evolution.
• Lead CI/CD and deployment strategy development for reliable delivery.
• Ensure security, privacy, and compliance across data solutions.
• Maintain architectural documentation and guidance for operations teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to align on standards and priorities.
