La Fosse in London is seeking a Data Architect to lead the design and evolution of a modern, cloud-based data platform for a large international organization undergoing significant transformation.

This high-impact role defines the data architecture vision, sets standards, and shapes how data is used across the business, from BI reporting to self-serve analytics. You will collaborate with BI and engineering teams to deliver scalable, future-ready data solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Architect / Enterprise Data Architect.
• Broad Architecture knowledge.
• Strong expertise in data modelling and SQL.

Responsabilités

• Define and own the enterprise data architecture strategy and roadmap.
• Design scalable data models, pipelines, and storage solutions.
• Establish architectural frameworks (e.g. data vault, dimensional modelling, medallion architecture).
• Lead the design of cloud data platforms (AWS) – including services like Redshift, S3, Glue, Athena.
• Evaluate and introduce new technologies (e.g. Iceberg, Delta Lake, observability tools).
• Drive data governance, standards, and best practice.
• Act as a trusted advisor to both technical and business stakeholders.
