Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group is seeking a Senior Data Architect within the Risk Intelligence division. You will define secure, scalable data architectures and guide multi-functional teams in adopting cloud services (AWS/Azure), data streaming, and modern data warehouse technologies.

You will mentor staff and ensure alignment with product architecture and regulatory requirements. With 12+ years in data architectures, you will collaborate across enterprise teams to deliver data-driven insights,

Qualifications

12+ years of experience implementing on-prem & cloud data management, integration, visualization, and analytics technologies.
Strong end-to-end data architecture skills across ingestion, storage, and relational modeling using SQL and Python.
Experience with modern data architectures: cloud services, real-time data streams, NoSQL, GraphQL, and data warehouse tools.

Responsibilities

Design secure, scalable, and cost-effective data architectures.
Lead adoption and integration of AWS/Azure services.
Collaborate with data engineers to prepare and deliver raw data for prescriptive and predictive modeling.
Define data governance practices including MDM, security, and privacy.
