Wise is seeking a Lead Data Scientist to join the Pricing team in London. You will shape how Wise prices cross-border money transfers using data, ML and experimentation to lower prices while staying sustainable.

You will lead a data-driven approach to pricing strategy, partnering with analytics, engineering, FP&A, and senior leadership to turn complex data into pricing decisions that move the business.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and run a pricing experimentation framework across corridors and customer segments.
• Define metrics, significance levels and reporting; apply causal inference to isolate price-change effects.
• Forecast impact of price changes on demand, volume and revenue; quantify trade-offs.
• Build data pipelines and monitoring to ensure accurate pricing data access and integrity.
• Analyze pricing-related customer support interactions to surface pain points and inform product changes.
