Wise is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join the Platform Pricing Analytics team. You will work on pricing models, cost allocations, and profitability analysis to drive growth and financial sustainability across Wise Platform.

This IC2 role emphasizes deep data work, stakeholder collaboration, and delivering actionable insights. Experience with SQL, dbt, and data modelling is essential, with flexibility to work remotely within the UK or globally.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics.
• Strong stakeholder management skills; able to influence teams across analytics, engineering, and business specialists.
• Extensive experience using SQL to build and maintain complex data sources, and leveraging visualisation tools to surface critical insights.
• Experience with dbt and robust data modelling, including navigating complex dbt projects and creating reusable data assets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and propose pricing and cost improvements for Wise Platform, linking to profitability and growth outcomes.
• Investigate complex cost data and influence improvements in data quality and cost allocation methodologies.
• Explain the product economics behind prices and liaise with experts to gather knowledge on economic drivers.
• Monitor and review the financial performance of Wise Platform, surfacing actionable insights on profitability drivers.
• Contribute to improvements to the pricing model by applying knowledge of costs and cost drivers to pricing strategies.
