Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a remote Insider Risk Analyst to join the Global Security team. You will act as the lead for the EMEA region, identifying and mitigating insider threats while partnering with HR, Legal, IT and other functions.

You will conduct investigations, prepare clear findings, and deliver risk-informed recommendations. Strong communication, analytical skills, and experience with OSINT and AI-enabled security are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in insider threat or related fields.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; interviews and reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with insider risk and cybersecurity concepts.
• Ability to work remotely in a global environment.
• Proficiency in OSINT research.
• Experience using AI to enhance decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Insider Risk analyst for the EMEA region and align with Global Security.
• Identify, assess, and communicate threats, vulnerabilities, and risks.
• Conduct investigations with interviews, evidence review, documentation, and findings.
• Brief executives and cross-functional partners on risk and findings.
• Develop practical risk mitigation materials and campaigns.
• Lead outreach with Security, HR, Legal, IT and others.
• Monitor developments and integrate insights into processes.
• Deliver Insider Risk and security training regionally.
