Responsibilities

• Lead the development of Microsoft Fabric and OneLake, setting technical direction for the platform.
• Establish consistent engineering practices, including automated testing and CI/CD.
• Define data flows between systems (Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Azure) to meet organisational needs.
• Enable trusted analytics, reporting, AI and ML, moving solutions into production.
• Embed governance and security in platform engineering, ensuring data quality, lineage and compliance retention.
• Improve operational reliability and cost efficiency with monitoring and platform consumption.
• Lead and develop Senior Data Engineers and Data Engineers, mentoring and succession planning.
