Job summary

Sanderson is seeking a Lead Data Integration Developer to own a business-critical integration platform and help modernise a legacy SSIS environment. The role focuses on application integration, workflows and end-to-end ownership, moving the business toward a more Azure-based environment.

The ideal candidate has strong SSIS and SQL Server skills, experience with APIs, messaging and orchestration, and a track record of leading production systems. Financial services exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on SSIS and SQL Server/T‑SQL experience.
• Experience with application integration, APIs, messaging and orchestration.
• Background owning and supporting production systems.
• Experience modernising legacy integration environments; Azure exposure preferred.
• Willing to lead technically, review code, mentor developers, drive best practices.
• Financial services experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
