Job summary

FSCS is seeking a hands-on leader to design, deliver and modernise our integration and workflow solutions, while preserving reliability of the existing SSIS estate. You will guide architecture decisions, balance day-to-day operational support with longer-term modernisation, and collaborate with product, operations, security and external partners to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Significant experience designing, developing and supporting business-critical integration and workflow solutions in complex environments.
• Strong track record leading technical design and delivery for critical production services.
• Excellent stakeholder management across blended onshore and offshore teams, suppliers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, delivery and ongoing modernisation of integration and workflow solutions.
• Oversee development, support and continuous improvement of business-critical integration services.
• Drive engineering standards and champion modern integration approaches, including API-led, event-driven and cloud-native solutions.
• Collaborate with blended onshore and offshore teams, suppliers and partners across technology, operations and business stakeholders.
• Balance day-to-day operational support with longer-term modernisation and service improvement.
