AND Digital is seeking a Lead Data Engineer in Leeds to design and deploy data pipelines in a production-safe environment, embracing a DataOps culture. You will work in fast-moving, agile teams delivering modern data platforms for large organisations.

You will bring hands-on experience with Python and SQL, Snowflake and/or DataBricks, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), translating stakeholder needs into robust data products and governance-ready architectures.

Qualifications

• Experience building production-grade data pipelines and platforms.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, governance and quality practices.
• Delivery of data products with measurable business value.
