Job summary

Walker & Sloan is a specialist contractor delivering a major data centre development in London. As Project Manager you will lead a technically complex package, coordinating enabling works, civil engineering and infrastructure with a focus on programme, cost and quality.

You will own end-to-end delivery from design and pre-construction through to handover, managing multi-disciplinary teams, procurement and client relationships, while adhering to NEC/JCT contracts and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of earthworks, foundations and utility works.
• Experience with NEC and/or JCT contracts and design-and-build delivery.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for safe, profitable and timely project delivery from design through handover.
• Establish project controls: programme, budgets, forecasts and risk management.
• Coordinate procurement, resources and subcontractors to hit milestones.
• Maintain client relations and ensure quality and stakeholder communication.
