Job summary

Walker & Sloan Ltd, a respected regional contractor, seeks a Project Director to lead a flagship data centre project in Central London. You will own delivery from pre-construction through to handover, reporting to the board and coordinating with clients, consultants and supply-chain partners to drive programme and commercial performance.

The role requires a senior leader with a proven record delivering major, mission-critical schemes in live urban environments, with a strong focus on safety,

Qualifications

• Senior level, proven track record delivering major schemes
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in complex projects
• Strong background in data centres, mission-critical or highly serviced buildings

Responsibilities

• Overall leadership and governance of a £200m+ data centre project
• Primary interface with client, consultants and stakeholders
• Drive programme certainty, risk management and commercial control
• Lead and mentor senior project, commercial, and site teams
• Ensure best-in-class health & safety, quality, sustainability and commissioning
