Job summary

Elusav Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Senior Planner to join a greenfield Data Center project in Leeds. You will develop and maintain schedules for pre-construction, construction and commissioning, using Primavera P6 and related planning practices.

The role requires at least 3 years' planning on large-scale construction projects, strong EVMS experience, and proficiency in Excel. You will report to the Planning Department and contribute to progress reporting, milestone projections, and contractual

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience working in planning on large-scale construction projects.
• Proficient using Primavera P6, Earned Value Management, and Excel.
• Clear understanding of construction methodologies and sequence.
• Ability to produce programme to plan and monitor the works from drawings/models/SOW.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining schedules for pre-construction, construction and commissioning.
• Develop and maintain progress databases and generate progress reports.
• Produce milestone projections, delay/float path analysis and EV reports.
• Attend schedule meetings, liaise with client and subcontractors.
• Cover Planning Manager or Project Planner responsibilities when required.
