Job summary

ERSG Ltd is recruiting a Senior Planner to join a major project delivery team, focusing on MEICA across design, procurement and installation. Based in Reading, Berkshire with site involvement, this contract‑hybrid role requires strong planning expertise.

You will produce and integrate programmes, track design deliverables, manage change events, and mentor junior planners within a busy project controls function.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in project planning / programme controls.
• Strong MEICA experience across design, procurement and installation.
• Experience with NEC contracts and change management.
• EPC / ECI experience preferred.
• SC Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Produce, manage and update design & construction programmes
• Develop integrated programmes covering design, procurement, construction and commissioning
• Coordinate with design and construction teams across multiple projects and work packages
• Track design deliverables, procurement schedules and supply chain performance
• Manage change events and work with the commercial team
• Produce programme reporting and Earned Value Management (EVM)
• Support QSRA and project risk management
• Manage project interfaces and key delivery milestones
• Mentor and coach Planners and Assistant Planners
